Green Tower Investments review 2021- Quick look inside

Five years back, I could never imagine one day I would be writing a Green Tower Investments review to guide my juniors because I was myself going through a hard patch, and I have been a victim of bad trading practices, bad products and no transparency from almost all brokerage companies. I’m a share trader and not a financial advisor. I don’t advise people to invest or trade in stocks or forex or any other form of investment products, for that matter. This review is to help you get a clear idea of what my working experience was like at Green Tower Investments and how you can benefit from my experience and your trading career. Green Tower Investments was not the first brokerage company I had worked for, and I moved to it after a long association with my previous employer. But now, as I look back at those days of data entry, endless comparison charts and whatnot. I now feel those were not the best years of my life!

Well, let’s move ahead in the Green Tower Investments review and have a look at some good and bad experiences that I have had with this company.

The Good

1) The research and analysis team at the platform are exceptional. They do a great job of analyzing stocks and coming up with trading ideas. I have made some good profits thanks to the research team’s recommendations. Once, I was about to buy a stock that a friend had recommended for purchase, but I checked with my market analyst, who was associated with Green Tower Investments, and he confirmed that it would not be a good option.

2) They have a user-friendly and intuitive interface, which is appealing to beginner traders. The fact that it doesn’t require too much time or knowledge makes them stand out from other platforms with complicated interfaces not suitable for beginners who may be looking into getting started quickly without having any experience in trading stocks before now! I have read many Green Tower Investments reviews that agree with me on this point.

3) They have great products on the platform to trade, which includes Stocks, ETFs, Mutual Funds and Options. This gives traders a lot of flexibility to trade the products they are most comfortable with. I was myself a stock trader, but so I would only trade in stocks, but once one of my relatives was visiting me. He wanted to take a look at the platform and see what’s so interesting about it. He had no idea that I was trading on that platform or what options were! After he started exploring the interface, he was able to pick up things really fast and soon was comfortable trading in options as well!

4) Transparency and proper communication. They communicate trade-related information to me via email, SMS or directly on the platform itself. This means I never miss out and always know what I’m doing and where I stand with my trades.

5) They do not resort to high-pressure selling techniques like many other companies. I know several of my juniors, and I have read Green Tower Investments reviews by seniors too, who were interested in trading online, but it was bitter experiences with some shady companies that made them wary of ever getting started.

The Bad

1) The platform is not suitable for high-frequency trading. The platform only allows you to place one order per second which means that traders who are looking to do high-frequency trading will not be able to do so on this platform. I think it is alright for beginners who are just looking to get started with stock trading since it doesn’t require you to know all the nuances of HFT, but this might not be the best thing for old traders.

2) They do not offer a demo account which is something that many other platforms offer. A demo account would help traders get started without risking their own money and also give them an idea about how the platform works. I would like to mention in my Green Tower Investments review that when I was new to this platform, I found it difficult to understand how some of the features worked. A demo account would have helped me avoid making any rookie mistakes.

3) There is no social trading on the platform. This is one of the few major drawbacks of the platform. Social trading is something that I believe will be very helpful to traders, new and experienced alike, and it would have given them access to an active community of traders on the platform. This would have made it even easier for them to get started and learn the ropes of trading. But alas, there is no such feature on this platform.

Concluding remarks

I like the platform overall, and I am very happy with my decision to sign up for it. It has given me exposure to trading some of the most popular stocks, ETFs, Mutual Funds and Options. Although there are some irritating limitations on some features that I have mentioned above in this Green Tower Investments review (which can be improved), I find it good enough.
